Now while I might be called and extremist with my next statement, I feel that we should militarize our southern border.  It appears that the Mexican government is only able to go to bat for its citizens when it is politically convenient for them to do so.  So we need to take action to handle the situation.  I am all for paying for pillboxes, razor wire, landmines, whatever it takes, in order to lock down the border and only allow legal immigration into this country.

Currently, the US already has infiltrators who are acting out against good law.  We have school teachers in California speaking out saying that laws against illegal immigration are bad.  What is bad about a law that is enforcing punishment of breaking a law?  This region also has school teachers demanding that Standardized Tests be available in Spanish, in addition to English.  HELLO!!!!!!!  This is the US, we speak English here as a primary language.  If you can’t speak it, you need to be in school until you can.  We as a country need to stop catering to the “hippie liberal douches” of this country and start getting hardcore on these problems.  Other countries in the world don’t have a problem with getting hardcore.  In fact, even if you do get caught in this country illegally, the penalties are not that bad.  In some countries it is not unheard of for you to be arrested, jailed and detained for as long as the authorities please.  In some cases you are treated as a spy.  All we do is process you saying you were bad and send you home.

In closing….let’s get serious on our border defense and protect our country from being invaded!

For those people out there, I suggest reviewing your International Law regarding armed conflicts at see.  These laws can be found in the San Remo Manual on International Law Applicable to Armed Conflicts at Sea.  This can be found at http://www.icrc.org/web/eng/siteeng0.nsf/html/57JMSU.  Specifically Part IV, Section II, Paragraphs 93 - 104.

A quick summary is that any vessel found to be violating a blockade is subject to capture and if they resist capture, they may be attacked (Part IV, Section II, Paragraph 98).  The same Section also provides for the supply of Humanitarian Aid.  In regards to the legality of the blockade itself, it is borderline in violation of Part IV, Section II, Paragraph 102; however, with the actions that occurred upon one of the vessels as it was being boarded for capture and diversion, we can surmise that the vessels were not completely vessels of peace.

Now, with all this said, I believe it is time to note that another group of Rocket Scientists is headed to the same region with the same purpose and same final goal.  What boggles my mind is that these people are not smart enough to use the very law that allows the Israeli government to prosecute the blockade.

Part IV, Section II, Paragraph 103 states that "If the civilian population of the blockaded territory is inadequately provided with food and other objects essential for its survival, the blockading party must provide for free passage of such foodstuffs and other essential supplies" and dictates that the blockade force is responsible for the technical arrangements, including searches, under which the passage is granted along with condition that the distribution of the supplies is made under local supervision of a Protecting Power or an organization that guarantees their impartiality.

Would it not be far easier to have an organization like the Red Cross or other protecting power be involved in the situation?  This would ensure that the needs of the people are met and no contraband would be smuggled in with the shipment.

Instead, these "aid" organizations attempt to VIOLATE Naval Law by blockade running and attempting to turn public opinion against the force following those regulations.

I have been running into these people a lot in my MMO career and also in my real life experiences.  There seems to be a facination with humananity to try to rob others of their enjoyment.

Why is it that people think the above paragraph is true? Why is it that people who should know that the above paragraph is not true, ask me to do one of the items in that paragraph?

It is becoming more and more obvious that the population of this world is slowly, but inevitably becoming a pack of morons who can barely tie their own shoes without having a pictogram set of instructions with textual instructions written in every language imaginable.

People who are daily users of computers, seem to lose their minds and cant even use them or extrapolate how to use them when the slightest deviation occurs. These are people who are doing brain surgery and lauching rockets into space, yet they dont know how to click a mouse.

I am fast becoming a fan of anyone who wants to use a computer being required to attend Computer Training in which someone smarter than you teaches you how to operate computers basically. This would include even those in the IT industry. Testing out would be an option to avoid having those of us who do have a brain being stuck in training where we know what is going on.

During the course of this week, I have begun to discover something strange.  I have been forgotten.  Since the termination of all my team during the first month of 2010, I have since become part of a forgotten team.  The merger of my team with another, had created a group of people with our manager in a different location and I am often left behind and held apart.

Now this is fine with me, as it lets me get my work done; however, when I am remember, it is always when someone needs something.  Very rarely is it "hey how are you?"  It is often "Hey, how are you? do this."  It would be much nicer to be left alone overall

New information has come to light regarding our local robbers who were mentioned in my prior posting.  A similar pair, engaged in a home invasion on Semple street in Oakland.  Please be aware of your surroundings and be careful with these two new thugs.

This artificial urgency issue tends to be a major sticking point in support and often causes pain, not just to those people who recognize the issue, but also to those people who really do need help now being pushed out of the way for a bully.  These bullies may not even be as much of an asset or valuable client, but they get service immediately because they yell (which is a completely different rant).

The moral of the story here:  Let the person doing the job determine if something is of urgency or not and remember that other people may have a more urgent need than you.

The second moral (which is also one of my favorite classics):  Poor planning on your behalf, does not constitute an emergency on mine.

In local news, those persons in the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh need to be aware of increasing robbery activity in the northern portion of the area.  There are been multiple robberies in the area involving varying persons and weapons.  Please remember safe travel methods while out and about in the area.

To kick things off, we will begin with a rant.

DO NOT ASK FOR HELP, UNLESS YOU WANT IT.

This is directed to those people who believe that they can request assistance and then tell you that they know better than you how to handle something.  If you called me for my help, you obviously can't handle it or you would have.  If you know how to handle it...THEN HANDLE IT AND LEAVE ME ALONE.  I do not have time nor patients to cater to ingrates who don't really want assistance, but instead want to tell you what you should do.  Again..if you know how to handle something, handle it.  I don't need to be involved.  I am very pleasant person to work with, provided you do not want me to do things your way when you want me to help you.  My mind does not work as yours does and maybe, just maybe, you don't understand the way the system actually works!

So if you ask me for help and want my assistance, please shaddup and let me help....or next time, you might not get any help at all.
