Life & Times of a Support Agent

I am an inconsequential menial who spends his days slaving away in Corporate America while wondering if there is not something better out there. 

I plan to discuss here the insanity of the world, political, news, personal, nothing is sacred here.  This means that if you already have your panties in a knot, you best leave now for I will surely cause a massive wedgie to your sanity.
